I don't think they mean it 100% zero calories free. My guess is that it taste so good and has very few calories compared to other desserts it might as well be considered zero calorie.

She didn't ask for your opinion whether it was good idea. She didn't ask for verification if it was another fad diet. She simply asked for input on low carb options while remaing vegetarian. If don't have advice to help her that's fine but why try to inflict your negative opinion on her?

Weight loss isn't a race up your calories and start moving as much as you physically can. Exercise can be found in many different forms of life, find what works for you.

You need protein and fats in keto. It might seem odd at first so start slow. Focus on the protein aspect, look for lean cuts. Always stick to your proper calorie needs and try to do some type of exercise. Once you master that start to incorporate fats like cheese as a snack into your your diet.

I recently started IF and I noticed the vitamins I was taking on an empty stomach made me nauseous and then extremely hungry. Maybe you're having the same issue? Without them it's relatively easy for me.

I said personally... what works for me might work for others. And I don't look up the ingredients for natural foods i.e. fruits.

Personally I try to limit overly processed foods. I read ingredients determining if I could even pronounce the words. If I can't I put it back.

You need fiber to toot. Veggies and beans usually do the trick. And peppermint tea helps bloating somewhat. However none of this is magic that's why the color black was invented. Wear black clothes.

I found that foods high in fiber. Healthy carbs beans and sweet potatoes keep me full. Pair it with 2 or more servings of veggies and I'm full as a tick.

I'm 5'1 and started around 140. I'm now 118. If I were you I'd continue. Just be patient and continue doing what you've been doing. The weight will come off it's just slow moving the lighter you get.

Your muscles are getting stronger not bigger. If your gaining weight it's not because of muscle gain. It's either water weight, or overeating.

No, I perform better when I've eaten. I like to have energy when I work-out, not feel like I'm dead.

Protein bar if you need something quick. Scrambled eggs with cheese if you need something a little less quick. Basically I like to keep it simple and you can to.

Work out 5 days a week and take the weekends off. I usually just work out four days a week and I haven't a problem with weight gain. As long as your eating a reasonable amount of calories you should be fine.
