Personal preference. Makes little difference to much of anything.3

It's personal preference.
I perform best doing cardio after I've had at least one full meal. Others perform best fasted. If I'm exercising early in the morning, I'll have toast with nut butter just so my stomach isn't empty.
Fasted cardio is no better or worse than un-fasted.

I don't perform well when fasted, so no for me.0

No, I perform better when I've eaten. I like to have energy when I work-out, not feel like I'm dead.0

I get dizzy and perform much worse fasted, so definitely not for me.0

I get vertigo when fasted and my pressure drops, so nope, not for me1

I can't exercise after I've eaten. So fasted...or digested.0
