I'm 5'2 115-120 lbs and am a 2 (occasionally 0 or 4 depending on how things are cut). Definitely depends on height considering I'm not all that skinny!

Low Cow from Kroger is DELICIOUS! Well, the chocolate flavor is. I really didn't like HT's so it's especially wonderful to me.

5'2 and 118-121 lbs. I get at least 10K steps a day. I try to keep myself to 1500-1600 calories/day but I suspect my TDEE is a bit higher because I occasionally go over a few hundred calories without compensating and don't gain

Not new, but new to me: I just tried the hot cocoa enlightened bars. They're awesome! I read reviews online complaining they tasted a lot like hot cocoa mix and I definitely get that taste from it but am not sure what they were expecting

Fudscicles!

My favorite flavor (of Birthday Cake, Vanilla Bean, Chocolate, and Red Velvet) has been Vanilla Bean. Chocolate had a pretty icky texture tbh but I think they've revamped it since. However, I only get Birthday Cake because it's the only flavor available at costco (4 pints for ~$11 so ~$2.75/pint) and buying halo top…

These were delicious and 100 cal/bar These were okay but also 100 cal/bar. I don't like Lucky Charm cereal though so YMMV

Pretty simple, really (remember, I said simple, not easy!). You tipped the scales at 323 because you've been eating too much. Eat less calories than your body burns and the weight will come off. Assuming you're 5'9 (you stated no height) and 45 years old, you burn 2,800 calories a day just by existing. I'd recommend…

Kirkland are my number one for sure! I also like Powerbar and PowerCrunch but they haven't been as good since I discovered Kirkland.

Meringues and mini cheesecakes, apparently. In general, I have a hard time with funsized things because they're easier to justify but I end up consuming about the same amount of calories as if I'd eaten a full sized thing...

I tried running when I first started losing weight (at 201 lbs) and was miserable. Then, at around 160 lbs, I gave it another shot and it was so, so much better! I'd recommend going for walks rather than running for at least a few weeks then something like C25K

Trader Joe's has vanilla meringues that are 90 calories for **4**

I would caution against believing this number and do some research instead. I know for me, as someone who averages 12.5K steps/day and is 5'2 & 133 lbs, 500 calories per 10K steps would be much, much too generous.

Very much this. I don't believe in cheat days. If I want to go over my calories it has to be a conscious decision for me and I always, always, always log.
-
I personally just don't bother logging physical activity to avoid this issue. Are you trying to maintain or lose weight?

I've been calorie counting for just over five months and have lost over thirty pounds. The goal has always been 1200, but in the early days I wasn't super fussy about it and was happy as long as I was within 200 calories of my goal (expect for a two week period where I was super active and starving all the time and ate…
