Yeah this confuses me too. I'm in maintenance and I'm 5 foot 1.75 inches and 20 years old. I weigh about 117 pounds. I'm not sure how much I should be eating per day if I walk pretty much 10000 steps or more everyday. My dietician says that every day no matter what I should be eating at least 1500 calories. Just be careful... being so meticulous with calories can lead to disordered eating and/or an eating disorder. I know it because I'm there right now and trying to recover. If it's something that has so little calories like spices, don't count them. They won't matter.

I LOVE both Halo Top and Enlightened! I don't care for Arctic Zero. The only one that was slightly worse than OK was the Cake Batter flavor. My favorite Enlightened pints are Caramel Oatmeal Cookie Crunch, Frozen Hot Cocoa, and Red Velvet (Which really rivals Halo Top) Halo Top flavors you can't really go wrong with!

It depends on what I'm doing there. Sometimes I'll have 30 minute treadmill sessions, other times I'm on there for an hour or more. Some other times when I have a lot of time on my hands, I'll do some core/abs and muscle work in addition.

Idk, some people say not to eat back your exercise calories :/ As long as you eat over 1000 or 1200 I think it's fine.

You don't have to eat them back if you don't want to. If you're full you're full. But you should be eating at least 1000 calories a day or else you will start to feel really weak and won't be healthy. Eating back calories = slower weight loss though, so if you want to lose weight by a certain time, don't eat back as many…
