Since you are at the farm. It is more accessible for all the veggies that you can eat. Try doing a plant based diet for a change.

You can go on a plant-based diet. You can eat meats once in a while, like once a week. Then more on veggies and fruits. I assure you, your blood sugar will go lower. You can also juice your fruits and veggies using a juicer.

Watch some documentary movies like "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead", "Fork Over Knives", "Supersize Me" and many more. I watch them again and again to keep me motivated. If you don't have someone to talk to....just watch it again.

Some people will not try it unless they really got sick or have a disease someday. Most of them are just like that. :(

If you trying to loose weight. You can try watching "Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead" in Youtube. See if you can do that. But if you just trying to be healthy just try to do a veggie juice instead.
