Found the barcode reader great, having trouble finding food I like that is low in calories any suggestions would be good

    Vegetables, fruits and lean meats are low calorie.

    Fish (non oily type) prawns, crayfish, white meat, eggs.

    Replace spaghetti with spiralized zucchini/corgettes/carrots

    Make cauliflower rice instead of rice and cous cous

    Chicken fajitas, I often replace the fajita with an egg white omelette as the wrap

    Chicken/fish and steamed vegetables

    Banana pancakes (made with bananas and eggs)

    Yes there is a bar code reader that scans the barcode of the food that you enter into your diary it's at the top next to the place where you usually type in the food entry
