I fit my Merlot into my numbers too. Usually 2 glasses. I'm still losing weight but only as long as I log the wine faithfully every time because if you don't then you'll go over your numbers. On wine days I usually don't have breakfast or any snacks to keep within my calorie limit

I don't log exercise. I don't want to be tempted to eat back my calories. It's set at 1200 and that's all I'm putting in my tummy per day until I go into maintenance in the future

I weigh every morning and log it into happyscale. It's been very helpful this past week because it's making me more mindful on my sodium intake. I had been retaining a lot of water due to sodium and now I know why I've had such wild fluctuations daily. The weighing every day keeps me in check now.

It's the sodium! I had hibachi the other night and the chef used a lot of soy sauce. I woke up next morning terribly bloated, my fingers and face.
