Looking for encouraging senior friends to communicate with on Fitness Pal. I'm 5'10 and went into shock when my doctor's scale registered my weight at 208! OMG!!! doctor suggested I just set a goal to get below 200. That was middle of Jan. I'm now down to 175, but afraid I'll gain it back.0

Today is my first day of OMAD, and I'm excited! I have a whole garlic-mayo chicken in the oven roasting. A whole cauliflower steaming for mashed cauliflower, and a pan of okra, Campari tomatoes, and red onion, tossed with red wine vinegar and olive oil, and red pepper flakes. I can hardly wait to dig in!1
