Ive the cleanse and i can say it gets your bowels moving and moves inches from your waist. I noticed it didnt change the junk food crazings i had. But the smoothies i do drink for breakfast and are a good way to consume veggies.

I started taking Phen yesterday and i am ready to achieve the goal of healthy eating and consistent exercise. Ive noticed in the morning i still had a normal appetite but at night i could not even eat my body just did not want any food. So day 2 and i am pushing through i love all this energy btw

Hello Guys, I just started MFP. After my first son i gained a great amount of weight. Weighing up to 333lbs at the age of 22. I started working out Feb 2016 and dropped 41 lbs so far im sitting at 292lbs and im looking to drop 100lbs. it will be hard but i am ready sent you a request
