New month, new challenge!
Our challenge is to do 10,000 steps in a day. You can do this for any one day or try for the entire month. Jump right in at any time! You can set a lower or higher goal if you wish. Our main goal is to keep activate every day!
It's easy to join - Just post here to begin! You can also jump in anytime during the month, too.
You will need a step counter to keep track of your steps and then post your results daily here.

I'm in for 200,000 steps in October. We are watching our grandson and grandpuppy every weekday morning, so our regular walk has been put on hold. We do take them out for a walk every morning, but it isn't the five miles we usually do.

10k at the moment is a bit hard to try to accomplish everyday - I'll go with 8k up from 6k!

Hi! I’m in again and am aiming for 310,000 or more in October. I have a retreat for a Friday through Sunday one weekend; so may need to do extra before or after if there isn’t a way to do a lot of walking that weekend, but . . .1
