Haven't tracked in YEARS. I did do some tracking on MFP a couple of years ago and found that I disliked it as much as I ever did. I'm doing well just paying attention to portion sizes and eating when hungry instead of just eating to be eating.

Sweets/desserts are not a problem at all for me. I could go without them for the rest of my life. But things like pasta and bread? Put these in front of me and as someone else said -- I'm like Sherman through Atlanta. I have to say though that I'm doing much better with the "bread thing". I'm finding that I can survive…

Just checking in. I remember to check-in (most days) on FB; but always forget to do it here. Continuing to plug along. My weight is currently 7.7 pounds below what it was on December 31, 2019. Still a teeny bit above my official goal weight. And WAY above my personal goal. But I'll take it!

I've always been a bit of an introvert and a homebody so I didn't think there would be much of an effect on me. I was wrong! I have found myself "snacking" more often. I have found that watching TV could cause me problems. I never realized how many food commercials there are. Seems like every time I'm watching something in real time (as opposed to DVR), I'm bombarded with food commercials. Pizza? Want it. Burger King. Want it (and I don't even LIKE Burger Thing). Down 1.7 pounds this week. A little disappointed; but at least it was in the right direction. I guess I just expected more because I've made so many changes over the past week.
