Checking in with news about Mark Douches
I'm checking in to let GOADies know that Mark Douches (long-time GOADie from the days of the WW boards) tested positive for COVID about a week ago. He's in ICU at Overlook Hospital in Summit, NJ. His oxygen levels are very low so he's on high-flow oxygen (no ventilator yet) and IV antibiotics since he's also dehydrated.…

Have I mentioned how much I hate tracking? That's one reason the old WW Core program worked so well for me. I could get a whole day's worth of food in without ever needing to track ANYTHING.

Monday weigh-in ~ March 19, 2018 -- How did you do?
Up 0.1 I'm surprised it wasn't more. I've found myself eating a lot of "snack-type food" while watching basketball games pretty much non-stop since last Thursday. The good news is that I tracked it all. That's probably my only saving grace.

Weight Loss in a Picture
Has anyone else who tracks on MFP used the "Reports" feature? I'm a daily weigher so I enter my early morning weight every morning and then check it via a report every so often. This is what the graph looks like this morning. To put it into perspective, the largest loss was 1.2 pounds and the biggest gain was 0.8 pounds.
