Anything with eggs. Boiled eggs, fried eggs, poached eggs. I love eggs. I also eat leftovers from diner sometimes. If you like something sweet for breakfast I suggest a banana pancake, it`s soo good. Also try searching google there are so many recipes for low carb breakfasts.

I decided to quit `cause, I actually feel really bad from wheat ( like stomach pains, gas etc) and with sugar, I noticed that I`ve been getting really irritated when I don`t eat sweets and sugars, so I`m cutting it from my diet, because I don`t think I have a very healthy relationship with it. I know, I`ve been doing it for a while. And every time I would start losing before the second week. I`m worried because, there is absolutely no reason for water retention or weight gain.

I gained 2kg after the 27th and today I`m back to normal. It was a very fast gain-drop.

Lack of magnesium? Check with your doctor, it could be a muscle strain as well.
