In need of advice. Weight-loss plateau.

Hi guys. I`m in need of advice. As of recently, (from the beggining of the mounth) I decided to get back on track and continue with my weight loss.
SO, I stopped eating processed foods, foods with sugar, sugar and wheat. I stopped alcohol as well, the only sugar rich foods I eat are fruits. I also track my calories very seriously, measuring absolutely everything, I don`t eat out, and even when we visit friends or family I just make my own diner or salad, so I can track. I generaly eat between 1200-1500 cals a day. I work out moderately every day (weights and cardio). Even though I do that I`ve noticed, that I`m not losing weight, I`m gaining. I`ve gained around a cm in my waist and thighs, which is very strange.
I`ve been using MFP for over a year and I`ve lost around 15 kg with it, I just can`t explain what is happening. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I know, I`ve been doing it for a while. And every time I would start losing before the second week. I`m worried because, there is absolutely no reason for water retention or weight gain.

don't know what to tell you, you're either eating in a surplus or its water weight...

its completely normal, you don't need to get rid of it.

as long as you're adequately hydrated, the scale will catch up with you eventually.

Patience? Water is not fat, and it looks like you're a woman. Sorry, you got the short end of the stick when it comes to water weight. We just tend to fluctuate a lot more than men: TOM, travelling, sitting at a desk, heat, working out after a break, too much salt, etc. etc. etc..

Why cut out so many things btw unless you're allergic against them? Eat the way you want to eat once you've reached your goal weight. This way you learn portion control and how many calories your favourite meals have.

I decided to quit `cause, I actually feel really bad from wheat ( like stomach pains, gas etc) and with sugar, I noticed that I`ve been getting really irritated when I don`t eat sweets and sugars, so I`m cutting it from my diet, because I don`t think I have a very healthy relationship with it. XD Just want to get clean so I can enjoy a piece of cake without eating the whole thing after.
