Anything with eggs. Boiled eggs, fried eggs, poached eggs. I love eggs. I also eat leftovers from diner sometimes. If you like something sweet for breakfast I suggest a banana pancake, it`s soo good. Also try searching google there are so many recipes for low carb breakfasts.

I eat Greek yogurt with berries a lot. Sometimes eggs, sometimes Kodiak pancake with light sausage and sugar free syrup. In a hurry, iced coffee with protein powder.

I'm really trying to increase my consumption of vegetables. One way I can do that is by getting in at least one serving at breakfast. For some reason, I can't just eat a veg serving at breakfast. But, I can if it is cooked IN something. So, I have two favorites: I make a crustless quiche -- or -- a vegetable frittata (current favorite is asparagus. I also like a two-egg omelette: using steamed chopped small brocolli, 1 cooked bacon strip (I cook in microwave), a bit of cheddar cheese.

This is my breakfast pretty much every morning, varying the flavor of protein powder and type of berry to keep it interesting. 31 grams of protein, 1 gram of fat, 15 grams of carbs.

Dave's Killer seed bread has a lot of carbs but also a lot of fiber so one filling breakfast I've enjoyed lately is guacamole and turkey on Dave's Killer bread toast. Also, whatever everybody else said about eggs.
