I am 28 years old. My belly has always been my problem area and I had some stretch marks on them so thats why I am self conscious about it. Hoping that my skin can bounce back from it with everyone's advice.

Health is my goal too. I want to be stronger and fitter to do all the fun activities like hiking, biking, swimming, etc. So yeah, taking everyone's input into consideration, lose the weight slowly, add strength training, keep hydrated, exfoliate and lotion up.

You look amazing!!! Yes the stomach is slightly loose but after your midsection I went straight to look at the amazing arms you got. If I can look half as good as you after getting to my goal weight then I think I am okay with that. Thank you for sharing. :)

I have never though about exfoliating but its worth a shot. I'm not too worried about staying hydrated as I pretty much only drink water. Yes, 1-2 pounds a week is my short term goal. I do exercise and get some HIIT workouts in but I definitely need to look up more of the weight lifting.

I have switched to coconut/soy milk ice cream bars. Which are actually pretty good. I tried one brand of a protein shake and I couldn't stomach the first sip. It was gross. I know what you mean...to satisfy your craving sometimes you just gotta have the real thing.

Definitely doable. I found that the big thing that has helped me what getting my bigger (but i don't mean huge) meal during breakfast. And then smaller meals at the end of the day. So don't be afraid to eat during breakfast. Just make sure you think of portion control and healthy choices. Be proud that you got yourself…

No cholesterol problem to speak of (knocks on wood) was just worried that my one a day egg habit might cause cholesterol problems in the long run. I know some people who do not have weight issues who do have cholesterol problems and I didn't want to end up like that.
