Does MFP automatically adjust your calorie goal?
I have lost 24 lbs more or less and my calories have stayed the same all this time.

Nope - go into your goals to update it. (Unless you're already at the 1200 minimum)1

No it doesn't. You have to update your goal manually based on your current weight. If you have lost 24 pounds you can expect to have something like 200 calories taken off your goal, unless as was mentioned you are already at 1200.0

So basically I just update my current weight and the date? None of my current progress will be erased?0

No I'm afraid MFP will refund you the fat and you will have to put it back into your body.
Kidding aside yes that is correct, all it will do is adjust your calorie goal, it won't change any of your previous entries.0 -
