Honestly, my favorite thing that I've heard is "wow you look toned! What's your workout regimen?" My gynecologist said this! Haha. It was really amazing to hear that though and is definitely a confidence boost!

Lol. OK everyone. This is the last thing I'm going to say and I'm done. I've lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks and I feel healthier, more full of energy and maintained more self discipline than I ever have before... If the Venus Factor is a scam, it's a dang good one and I'm not complaining.

Well like I said I've been doing this for 6 weeks. I even do an intense hour long workout 3 times a week. Haven't passed out yet ;)

Ummmm because I'm only 4'11" and 135 lbs. Don't assume what you don't know. Everyone has different calorie intake and weight loss goals.

The longer you wait to eat for the first time after you wake up the better. Once you take that first bite your body goes into "receiving mode" for food. The more you prolong this happening the less you will eat throughout the day

I have one "cheat day" once a week for two weeks and then two "cheat days" for two weeks and repeat. But on these "cheat days" I don't just go all out. I eat 1,000 calories every day but on the "cheat day" I eat 1,200 calories it's not really cheating per say it's just taking my body out of the calorie deficit for one day.…
