I have a routine. I work for a medical/dental clinic. Every weekday I come into work and do a specific task. Once that is completed, I walk up around the clinic and check the scale as part of my walk. I don't weigh myself on the weekends. I track using Libra.

I love my coffee with creamer. I will easily consume 300 calories of creamer in my daily cups of coffee. I include it in my daily allowed calories, but it is my breakfast. Rarely, will I eat an actual breakfast. I can't stand the taste of most sugar substitutes, so the sugar-free ones don't work for me.

Coffee with creamer. I haven't been able to let it go yet, but I account for the calories. Thats all I have until lunch.

I work in South Central Wisconsin, but I live in Illinois!

I find it easier/comforting/less guilty to look at what my maintenance calories are for a day and compare that to what I ate. If they are close, at least I feel like I did no harm.

Feed a fever and starve a cold. Thats what grandma said.

I regularly make meatballs, roasted veggies, and zucchini noodles. This week my meal prep consisted of chicken enchilada zucchini boats, spaghetti squash au gratin, greek salad and chicken, and turkey meatballs. The spaghetti squash dish is the only that has more than 400 calories.

I make mine by sauteing peppers and onions, then toasting the oats. I then add in beef broth slowly, risotto style, making sure its absorbed before I add more. Its really a tasty side dish.

I'm on the depo shot, and the doctor warned that the first few months I might feel super hungry and said to be aware. She was right about the hunger, but I didn't eat excessively so I didn't gain any weight. Its now been 4 months of being on the shot and about a month and a half of tracking calories and I am down 15 lbs.

Calorie counting will work. Portion control is not enough, weigh your food. Once you start getting a very accurate count of what you're consuming, give it a few weeks.

I've had a Planet Fitness membership for over 2 years. Never heard the lunk alarm go off. The cardio equipment is great. I'm a newbie so not doing serious weightlifting at this time. The 2 locations I frequent are in different states, but both are constantly being cleaned. Its not for everyone, but people shouldn't be…

I keep a dozen eggs in my work fridge. I've mastered the art of hard boiling, poaching, and scrambling all in the microwave. I also bring carrots and peppers with hummus or pico de gallo.

I find on the days I am starving are usually the days that I haven't gotten much sleep. I'm not sure why but lack of sleep makes me ravenous.
-
I do have it set at that. And I am trying to loose at least that much weight. Probably more.

Ohh ok. I gotcha. That was the piece I was missing. Im not striving for way under. Its really more how it has worked out. This is a recent restart after a too long of a break. I have no results to track yet. Previously, I had lost 18 pounds in roughly 5 weeks. I am fairly confident in what I am doing, just got to reading…
