I started 72 days ago and i was 83 kg now im between 78.5-79 . So i think i did lose 0.5 per week

Wow that looks yummy The problem is . Is that i live in the middle east and there is not much varieties of protein bars I only see these quest bars!? Which is tooooo expensive

I dont get "dont over eat" the other day i ate 800 calorie and just went to sleep .. Im trying to eat more cause college is taking so much time and no break in between at all
