Hi everyone, I have a question😅 I calculated my BMR and its 1500 calories. I usually eat 1200 to lose weight But i also exercise and burn 300 calories. I usually starve by the end of the day! Should i eat a bit more since im already burning calories during exercise? Thank you in advance 😅

Okay I REALLY dont understand how calories and exercises work , if i eat 1600 kcal per day and i burn 500 calories through exercise does it mean i only ate 1100? Rice cakes...?
Im not a huge fan of rice cakes but when add toppings it tastes amazing Can you guys tell me what type of toppings you like?! And any meal ideas rather than a snack?! For snack I add tomatoes , lettuce with halloumi cheese a bit of olive oil i dont know !!
