Hey guys!!
I combined three things that i love
Dates, chocolate, cereal
Well of course dark chocolate ...
Ingredients:
Dark chocolate
1/2cup pitted dates
Splash of skimmed/lowfat milk
Rice krispies
Direction:
1) melt the chocolate the way you like "i did it in the microwave but i stir it every 20second so it doesnt get burned"
2) use silicon tray "or u can use ice tray but first cover with plastic wrap" and cover it with chocolate making a thin layer of it , then freeze it till it gets hard
3 ) mix the dates with a little milk until it softened (u can do it by your hand or a food processor)
4) after the chocolate freeze add the date mixture .. Make sure you dont fill it up
5) add rice krispies
6) cover it again with chocolate and freeze it again.
7) done!!
I know it seems alot but trust me its easy and so worth it ...i couldnt stop eating it so be careful!! I just love that its sweet, crispy and bitter at the same time its my favourite thing to eat as a snack or if im craving for sweets.

Sounds amazing! I might try something similar. I think even little pieces of dates would be nice so I'd do it by hand. Oh and even some little bits of our favourite nuts through it. Nuts are good for us too. I'm thinking toasted hazelnuts or walnuts would work well in this. If they are fresh dates you could skip trying to soften them since they are soft enough already. Hungry now!0
