Calories???

Hi guys , how are i hope you are all doing great!!!
I went through the internet over and over but im still confused!!!
How do you count your calories that you must eat?
Im going by my BMR and reduce few calories to lose weight , is this right?

    No. Just plug your stats into MFP. It will set your calorie goal. That goal doesn't include calories burnt through exercise, so eat a portion of those back. You don't want to eat below BMR. That's not healthy. BMR is the amount of calories you burn just by existing. What you want to do is eat below TDEE.

    You would do better to read the sticky threads at the top of the various forums rather than go scanning the internet for a load of information which will be irrelevant to this particular app.

    For example

    No it's completely wrong.

    Don't make something simple more complex that it has to be. Just learn how this tool works.

    You don't cut from BMR...BMR is the calories you burn merely existing and I'm sure you do more than simply exist...

    This calculator will calculate your target for you...that's what this calculator does...it calculates...
