Hi everyone,
I have a question😅
I calculated my BMR and its 1500 calories.
I usually eat 1200 to lose weight
But i also exercise and burn 300 calories.
I usually starve by the end of the day! Should i eat a bit more since im already burning calories during exercise?
Thank you in advance 😅

Don't set your calorie goal based on your BMR. You want to take your total activity into account and BMR doesn't do that. Either find a site to help you calculate your TDEE or use MFP to set an initial calorie goal, log your exercise, and eat back the calories burnt through exercise.3

Yes. MFP uses a system called NEAT, where it subtracts a number of calories from your TDEE to give you a number to eat to that already takes into account a deficit. When you add exercise calories, you're expected to eat at least a portion of them back. Try MFP's number with a reasonable deficit for a month making sure you weigh all your food and log accurately, and see how you do with it.3 -

NEAT is different from TDEE. NEAT doesn't include exercise in its calculation, whereas TDEE does include it.
OP, what are your stats? 1200 plus exercise calories is the lowest you should be eating, but you can likely lose eating more.4 -
