Protein bars. Nuff said. The ones I eat are 380-410 calories and net me extra fiber and up to 32g protein. You can easily use them for a meal replacement and it only takes a few minutes to eat one. Hell, without them I'd probably never hit my protein goals.0

It's fine. I don't have time for small meals and snacking either. I try not to eat a large meal right before bed, but only because it gives me heartburn. Weight loss is calories in/calories out. Enough studies have shows that if you are eating the right amount of calories, when you eat doesn't matter. Just make sure your calories are good and you aren't over eating because you are starving by the time you get your meals in.1

Yes, this is fine. I am a grazer and eat 5-6 small meals/day. My husband is a three meals a day person. My oldest brother eats one huge meal daily. J
You do what works for you, where you are in life. Good luck.1 -

I dont get "dont over eat" the other day i ate 800 calorie and just went to sleep .. Im trying to eat more cause college is taking so much time and no break in between at all0 -
As long as you are staying within your calorie limitations and not suffering any ill effects health wise, I think you're fine. I eat irregularly and sometimes eat all my calories in one meal, still lose weight and have no issues. If you get hungry, you can always stick a snack in your bag to eat between classes.0

Meal timing and meal sizes are largely personal preference. As long as you're hitting your calorie and nutrition goals and don't have any ill effects eating like this, then it sounds fine.1 -

If you're not getting enough calories, you can break up your meals so they are even smaller and more frequent and thus faster to eat. Otherwise you may not be getting all the nutrients your body needs. Always try to stay at or above 1200 kcal a day.0 -

Ill try hitting 1200 calorie but it seems impossible
Thank you so much for replying0 -
ah. I didn't get that you weren't getting enough calories. I can totally put down like 1000 calories in a sitting, easy if I put my mind to it. Eat higher calorie foods. Carry some snacks you can eat while you're in between classes or walking to class...something high fat, high calorie like nuts would be perfect and fits easily in your bag. Maybe grab some protein bars to eat. It's not high calorie, but sneak an apple in on your way to class. Good nutrition, high fiber.
When I was in college I lived off coffee, cigarettes, and lip gloss. I like to refer to it as the "model" diet. I lived.1 -

These are not heavy, Gluten Free Non-GMO. They cost $1.15 per bar which is extremely affordable for any food. They have 21g of protein and actually taste good.
