I have been unhappy with my weight since about the age of 14, and initially started MFP when I was 16, without much success (mainly through inaccurate logging). I managed to lose about 23lb of my 40lb goal before moving overseas in September last year. This meant no gym, no living with anyone else, and a whole lot of yummy…

I was going to save these goals for the new year, but figured why wait? My mini goals are: Log all my food and drink consumption on MFP Reduce the situations in which I can binge (usually due to boredom) Increase my water intake Lose the 15lbs I gained when I moved overseas by myself!

I just completed my first week of Blogilates' Beginners 2.0 calendar! Everything hurts but at least I know that's progress!

I did a headstand today! I'm currently completing Blogilates' beginners calendar, and for some reason I had convinced myself that I wasn't strong or coordinated enough to lift my body off the floor. It took me a couple of tries, but I did it!

My most recent NSV is that whilst trying to re-lose the 15lbs that I gained (definitely showed me that I need to own a scale!), I have noticed that I don't look nearly as big as I did before. I have also recently started working out again and the online videos that I use seem much easier than they used to, even when I was…

To lose at least 5lbs of the 15lbs I have recently gained during November. Also to log my food every day of November - I stopped logging about 3 months ago and that's how I gained 15lbs!

I'm in! I've recently moved overseas and when I purchased a scale the other day I got a nasty shock! Up 15lbs from three months ago, and I've undone almost all my hard work :( Original starting weight: 185 Current weight: 173.2 November goal weight: 168.2 Ultimate goal weight: 140 2nd - 173.2 9th - 16th - 23rd - 30th -…

Today I'm wearing a pair of size 6 skinny jeans and I'm totally comfortable! I can't wait until I'm in size 4s - I would finally be getting in to single digits in Australian sizing

I went into a Levi's store yesterday as they were having a buy one get one free offer. I knew I had to replace my favourite size 31 jeans as I'm constantly having to belt them, so I tried on the size 30. There was still room in the back, so I put on the size 29 which fit perfectly! It was one of my goals to be in a…

Its warming up here in Sydney, and this morning putting on a skirt that I haven't worn since last summer (about 15lbs ago) I got a pleasant surprise! This size 8 (US) skirt is no longer bunching up at the zip, but is more like a skater skirt in style (rather than a bodycon style that it was before)! haha I hope everyone…

Down to 169.9 so far! I need to speed things up if I'm going to make my goal, but I'm so happy to finally be in the 160s
-
I was admiring my bronzer application in the elevator today...and then remembered I wasn't wearing any! I finally have cheekbones
-
Weighed in today at 171.5! I want to see the 160s in the next couple of weeks
-
Getting there! 171.5 as of this morning

I'm hoping to be below 170lbs before October! I'm sitting at about 173.3, so hopefully I can make it :)

Better late than never! Highest weight: 185 Starting weight: 174.6 (today's weight) -10%: 157.2 Tough but doable!

5'6 SW: 185 CW: 173 GW: 135-140 (although this may change as I get closer)

This may be a bit of a weird one, but I'm less round than before. My stomach is no longer creating the shape of my jeans but my hipbones are (if this makes sense)! Also, reached a month straight logging on MFP
-
I've logged my food and exercise here for 30 days in a row! And not the "ideal" food for that day, but what I really ate :) I also had to return a 34F sports bra that I bought online for a 34E! Not a huge difference, but at least it's something!

I had some spare time before starting work yesterday and really wanted a sweet treat. I knew I was going to have big lunch so I grabbed some fresh orange juice instead! A couple of months ago it would have been a couple of doughnuts as a "second breakfast"!

I was in the elevator today by myself and did a double take when I spotted myself in the mirror. I don't have a full length mirror at home and was pleased to see that my thunder thighs are no longer so thunderous! Also, when I stand with my hands on my hips I can see definition under my collarbone
-
Maybe slightly TMI but my bras finally fit! I was refusing to buy a 34G so sucked it up for a while and now they fit perfectly

I can definitely tell a change in some of my clothing! Jeans that were once "standing only" are now comfortable enough to wear all day, and a jumper that was fitted last month is now loose in the waist area
-
I have a few: 1. My (tight) size 31 jeans are now doing up! I used to have to undo the button if I wanted to sit down in them but now I can wear them all day  2. I bought a packet of Lindt chocolate on sale, and usually it would be a struggle for me not to eat them all in a day. I've had it for 2 days now, and I've…
