Hi All! I didn't get a chance to post my update last week. I've decided to make my weigh in day on Thursday so if I have a weekend that I over indulge, I won't get discouraged. So after my first week & a half on my get healthy journey I'm 2 lbs lighter

Alright ladies and gents, I am going to need some encouragement (and a miracle) to pull this off. I'm starting two weeks late, and I have the biggest goal as far as I can tell. I am hoping the fact that knowing someone is reading this will help motivate me.

Hi everyone, This seems like a reasonable goal, and many of us are of similar weight so I'd like to join too. I've allowed myself to indulge and drop my exercising and have gained 3 lbs in just a couple of weeks. This will encourage me to get back on track!

Hey ladies and gents!
My goals for the upcoming week are:
-No fast food (As of Friday it will be two weeks without any fast food)
-6,000 steps per day Monday through Friday
-Stay within my calorie range
-One Sprite between Monday and Friday (I am actually drinking it right now)
My weigh in is on Friday Morning so hopefully I have a better weigh in then last week!!6 -

Happy start to a new week and here's to all of us having a productive week...I didn't weigh in this morning, I shall do this tomorrow morning. Had a busy last week and didn't do the best (had my 4th grand baby born) So life has been a bit hectic but here's to getting back on track!!

It's terrific seeing so many people still joining our group! Haven't done my weigh in yet for the week..plan to hop on the scale tomorrow. No matter what it says on the scale, I am definitely feeling better by eating better!2
