    I'm a couple days late as well.. but I'd love to join. I'll weigh myself tomorrow.. but I'm around 230, and so 10% would be #23. That would bring me to just above 200# which is my intermediate goal. My longterm goal is 180#. Pics tomorrow.

    I always find it easier to focus on getting through the weekend if I have legitimate goals set up to get me through. I have three goals for this weekend.

    25,000 steps total.
    No Fast Food
    No additional soda (I have a half drank bottle in the fridge waiting for me for tomorrow, anything more than that is not okay)

    What are your goals for the weekend to keep your focus?

    Turns out. .weight in was 224.6. My goal is still 23#, that way I could be at 200 by the holidays!

    FW 137lbs
    I've never got below 143 before don't know if it's even possible but I've been the 'big' sister for long enough.
    Trying low carb and sugar free any support with that is welcome.
