Well here is a check in on my goals....I find that if I keep referring back to them it keeps me on track to complete them!
I did not wear my fitbit yesterday so I do not know how many steps I took I am going to try to get in as many today as I can.
I have not had any fast food.
No additional soda!! I threw out the half bottle without finishing it, and I havent had any more. It was really hard. Yesterday I had numerous times where I reached for a soda either at the store or home, and I set it down and went and got ice water instead!!

Dunno how successful i will be as i know my weight loss will slow considerably very soon as it always does. I seem to be able to shift the first 14lb within a week, then after that its a snails pace.
Looking at it we have 17 weeks which would mean 1.5lb per week. Here we go...!!

I started back on MFP 5 weeks ago and was dropping 2 pounds a week. This week, the weight doesn't want to budge and I've exercised everyday and upped my steps. Feeling frustrated.0 -
ok, so the first week wasn't the best...I am up 0.2lbs to make my start of the week weight 150lbs now...ugh!! I didn't eat the worst but not the best either and I didn't do much exercise other than a few walks here and there. This week I have got to get my butt in gear because this wedding is getting closer everyday and the way it's going my b.m. dress is still going to be pretty tight...heres to a better week!!1

Challenges this past week were related to eating out for my birthday (both lunch and dinner) and attending a birthday party. There are no parties or social gatherings this week so I should be good. I'm also focusing more on meal prep in advance so that I'm more deliberate and less emotion-driven when deciding what eat.2 -

I'm in but not real optimistic on my success. I started in January '16 at 179 and it's taken me 8 months to get to 162.2 (today's weight) My goal was to get to 150 so what's a little more.

I asked to join this challenge after it had already started, so I'm not sure if I was accepted or not.
Does anyone know why Bike2BFit has not posted on this thread since she initiated this challenge? Am I missing something here? Is there an actual 'Group Challenge' that we are supposed join? Or is this the correct thread to post our weight, etc each week?
