Being sick for 4 days then vacation week didn't kill me as much as it could have,
a 5 night cruise was my downfall but I walk a lot & only took the steps ~~ that sure helped.
159.8 today (this is up 3 lbs but ...........)
back to the Y & eating better

I fully expected to stall or even gain this week because I couldn't believe last week's sudden loss. Instead I'm still right on track. I'm not sure what happened but definitely not complaining.

Wow! I went from low carb (around 50 carbs) to very low carb (cut out most fruit and all grains) and saw a big change. I wonder how long the weight loss will continue if I stay very low carb? I wonder how long I can stay very low carb? Its not hard to find things to eat, but it is still hard to not to want the things that have a lot of carbs.

For example, I'm hoping to get in a quick run while the weather is nice tonight and to eat an ice-cream that I promised as a reward for going without sweets the last few days.3 -

GoldnRampion ~~ my goal is to just be more mindful of the carbs I'm eating ~~~ I try to limit them but it doesn't always work. I did get up & go to the Y this morning so I consider each day I'm there a plus3 -
GoldnRampion - My goal is to not derail myself during the next two weeks. I am taking Girl Scouts camping this weekend and going to a space camp next week and I won't have much control of the food I am served. I also probably won't do my weekend runs because of group commitments -- but perhaps all of the activity at camp will adequately substitute. -- enjoy your ice cream.
