    I spent a weekend with my parents and manged to stick to my low carb preference. Pleased to see the downward movement, even after the weekend!

    Being sick for 4 days then vacation week B) didn't kill me as much as it could have,
    a 5 night cruise was my downfall but I walk a lot & only took the steps ~~ that sure helped.
    159.8 today :(:s (this is up 3 lbs but ...........)
    back to the Y & eating better
