To stay away from the scale for awhile. I upped my calories after really calculating my TDEE and i think, no, I KNOW, i have been under eating which is messing with my metabolism. Gonna wait this increase out and see what my body does. employing some patient self love and keep on keepin on.....7

Iceland in 4 days, then trying to recover and get back to this strength after my surgery on 11/15 by the time I go to Nives on 1/14. Wondering if it's possible -_-
In the meantime I'll shoot for abs since I won't be able to squat, DL or leg press3 -
I just made it under 90kg - my nice coat now fits
Next goal is 80kg, at which I'll allow myself an extra running day (currently on 3/week), and should see some old dresses fitting me ready for spring.4 -
To get to a size 10 by January, keeping on track through the holidays4
-
Out of the 190s. I should reach this goal soon, as I'm less than 1 lb away.1

Right - well I'm back into it again with focus! So I guess my mini goal is to drop back under 200lbs.
I plan to do this by eating on the plan, working out in some shape or form every day this week and not ruining my progress at the weekend!
Edited to add a timeframe: I want to be 5lbs lighter in two weeks Mon the 13th3 -
Seven weeks till Christmas - want to be down seven lbs. Yes!6

I am dying to get below 160. I keep getting close, then lose focus and go back up. Now that my TOM is wrapping up, I'm getting back to tight weighing and logging. Once I get into the 150s, I'm redoing my driver's license! My photo was taken when I was 230, so I am super ready to get rid of that picture.5

Ok I’m sooo excited for my next mini goal. I have just under 10lb left to lose in order to hit Onederland! Yaaaaaaay!! 199lb here I come! (Started at 251lb)16

Sadly my college experience included not just the freshman 15 but mysteriously also a senior 15. I thought it was the end of the world at the time (in part because I got into a new relationship around that time, one that started as friendship and I gained the 15 in the months between when we started hanging out and the first time he saw me naked, excuse the TMI), but of course in the 20-something years since then there has also been the 'sedentary adult 50' so I frankly long for my post-senior 15 weight. And as of today I'm just 10 pounds away from it, so that's what's motivating me right now.
And from there just 10 pounds more before my current goal weight. I'll reassess when I get there but dare to dream I could ultimately get down to my pre-freshman 15 weight ... and at age 43!8 -
December 22 is my 60th birthday - really, really, really hope to be at goal weight by then. 6 lbs to go but those lbs are really hanging on!

Getting down to 150 by christmas, and finally hitting a 20,000 step day (I'm hoping a long hike can get me there this weekend!) Christmas last year I was 220 so it would be great to be at 150.
Also I just submitted my application for college for my bachelors degree, so hopefully achieving that goal in the next few weeks!
Overall losing weight and setting these goals has greatly improved my life, always having something to work towards is an awesome feeling.9 -
Yesterday Orthopedic surgeon told me that I have to get knee replacement for both my knees. Want to loose weight before the surgery. Loosing weight puts less strain on my damaged knees until I get the surgery done. )4

I'm about 13lbs away from what I weighed in college, and one of the lowest weights I can remember as an adult. I'm really hoping to hit this by Christmas when I'll see family I haven't seen in a while. Just need to stay the course through Thanksgiving and I should be good.4

My goal is to squat 135 lbs by the end of the year.
So, I am modifying this goal to 5 sets of 5 squats at 135 lb by the end of the year. And 5 x 205 lb for deadlift.2 -

This is me too. Going to Hawaii in January want it very baddddddlyyyy2 -
Get into the 130s by the end of November. 3.8 lbs to go5

I’m hoping this is an infinitesimal goal not a mini goal. Today when I got on the scale the digital screen read 159.9 then up to 160 then down to 159.9 then finished at 160. I’m hoping tomorrow when I weigh myself I’ll see a weight officially in the 150s!12
-
To lose at least 5lbs of the 15lbs I have recently gained during November. Also to log my food every day of November - I stopped logging about 3 months ago and that's how I gained 15lbs!7

Just hit my weight as a senior in high school! Next mini goal is another 5 lbs and hopefully some inches lost all over. So close to going down a size for the first time in 3 years.10 -
A new winter wardrobe.5

Today I was approved for a loan to cover the plastic surgery to have my extra skin from the weight loss removed so I am going to make EXTRA sure I don't put on any holiday weight since I'm gunning for Jan 2nd!17

I want to be happy and healthy! I am a working mom and have been stress eating since my kids were born... They are 6 and 3.5 and I would love to FINALLY get back to my pre-baby weight of 159lbs. I can't believe I'm 194lbs today6
-
I want to lose 3 lbs a week between now and Christmas eve. I lost 20 lbs in the last 7 weeks so just 1 lb behind target. I'm aiming for 297 lbs by Dec 24th!4
-
Next mini goal is 189, to be in 180s would take me to what I weighed in HS over fifty years ago.
AND 188# will be HALF of my SW when I joined WW in January 2013 at age 65!
SW 376
CW 196
GW ? Below 185?14 -
I'm only .4lbs away from 145lbs, one of my mini goals! The scale says I'm actually at 144.8lbs but I use happy scale to get my overall trend weight so it's a little more accurate. I'm hoping by the middle of next week I'll be down to 145 officially! I haven't been in the mid/low 140s since 2014 so I'm very excited for this4
-
Leaving the 200's! Weighed in at 201.2 this morning. Really close! Started at 315lbs18

Rehab my knee the healthy way. Be back on the trails by dec 1. All of this while maintaining the weight and not losing the cardio gains I've made this year.4
