I want to lose at least 10 pounds by November 10th. It's my husband and mines 10 year wedding anniversary. Also my birthday is November 14th. I just started back today after not caring the past several months. I'm a long way from my goal but I feel like this should be the first milestone since starting back.
Well I did not lose 10 pounds. I lost 6. I’m still happy with this though because I’m on the right path. I will continue to get there. My next mini goal is to lose those 4 pounds by December 1st.

I have several mini goals:
1. Two more pounds to go, for 100 lb. loss.
2. Walk 3 miles all at once the next two weekends and be confident I can finish the Turkey Trot 5K on Thanksgiving Day. I clock 3 miles most days, but in short intentional walks. No counting steps to the bathroom.
3. Plan ahead to stay on program for the holidays.7 -
Mini Goals
1. @ 220 by 11/30 (CW 230.2)
2. @ 210 by 12/31
So basically, mini goal weight by New Years Eve is 20 lbs. 2lb loss every week.
I just want to start the New Year feeling like a million bucks so I grow in the confidence to make my other dreams into reality. .8 -
Working on maintaining. I have a huge healthy weight range of 135 to 155. I started over 250 in 2014. It goes by so fast and yet, so slow too. Working on a maintenance strategy, without fear of gaining it back is my mini goal thru January. I still get paniky at 150ish, and plan my menu to be more generous on carbs about every 10 days now. I have been keto since 2014, swim, yoga/body weight work, walk and weight train to keep exercise interesting. I am 5'5" and 56 years old, I feel great - want to continue this way of life!6

Just 1.9kgs away from my next milestone weight, which is when I get to buy myself that new pair of runners I promised myself. My PT keeps making fun of my old ones whenever I'm at the gym!6

21% body fat by Christmas. This time last year I was 58.2kg and it was 32%. I'm now 52.5kg and 21.5%, it's been a year of focus.8

That would also push me under the 190 goal, likely before hubby gets to 200 (another mini goal). If I'm successful over the next few days, I could knock out like 3 mini goals and will have to set several more.
Well none of those happened. Not sure if it's a calibration thing or my weight is up some. Still the same goals sub 190 before husband. and going to add in one more for the next week. With the holiday and four days off (weekends are waaaay harder for me to do good calorically), I want to maintain for the next week. This morning the scale said 195.6, so next Tuesday I want to see that number or a smaller one.3 -
My highest weight - that I know of - was 345 but I had been steady at 335 for a pretty long time. I started trying to cut back on carbs and processed foods in April and magically started to lose weight. That's when I decided to start using MFP. July 27th 2017 was my first day of logging. I was already down to 310. Using MFP has kept me on track and as of this morning I am 290.
My short term goal is to get into the 280's.
Midterm goal is to get to 275. - I haven't been there since 1997 - 20 long years ago
Long term goal is 230 - which is what I weighed in college
After that, who knows???11 -
Fitting into some cute new clothes.4

Next mini-goal is 160lbs and attaining less than a 35 inch waist (don't know what it is right now but I'll be measuring it in the next couple of days).15 -

I would like to break a long plateau caused by overeating every single weekend, and get under 13 st 7 pounds. Maybe I can do this by doing more walking and bike rides - I don't seem to be able to stick to a deficit at the weekends, in practice, whatever my good intentions.4

I have a box of almost new workout clothes in our storage marked, "Open at 135" -- Six pounds to go and a new gym wardrobe!14

Breaking this little plateau I seem to be on. I'm determined! It even got me to start working out.7

I don't know if this would help you but I find if I pre-log my weekend days that morning it really helps. It never stays exactly the same but then I at least have a plan in my head and I account for the evening festivities ahead of time if that makes sense.5 -
Broke the 290 barrier this morning, 288.9. Next stop, 275. Shooting for February....14
