Is it hard if you workout a lot ? I'm lucky to keep my carbs at 100, especially on heavy workout days

I have lost 50 pounds in 5 months, I don't have any loose skin. Maybe because I didn't lose it too fast? I'm not sure. I think genetics plays a role too

I have 100g of protein a day (I work out 4-5 days a week and weight train at least 4). I drink a protein supplement to help and it really helps . I also eat a lot of eggs and tuna and low calorie cheeses

Some people (like me) would be more tempted to binge on the weekends. I would be like , well I ate good all week , now I can eat what I want
