Hi guys! I finally decided to give this a shot. My brother and I both got fitbits this week and plan on walking/jogging every morning to our nearest PokeStop (we are obsessed with Pokemon Go, enough to walk 1 mile to and from), on top of a few exercises I will be doing solo. It's a start!

I think the hardest part is eating healthy and knowing my portions, and unfortunately, it is something I will have to go alone (at least at home). I do want to lose 56 pounds in a healthy way. I am currently 191 lbs. and the goal is 135lbs. The goal date I have been given is May 2017 so just in time for Bikini Season!!

So knowing it is gonna be a long, arduous journey, I would really appreciate a few friends who plan to post regularly. I am really committed to losing weight and I know this is gonna be a long journey so I will be around for quite a while!

This app makes it super easy to count calories. I never wanted to diet and count calories, but now that I've started I am totally addicted. It sounds like you already get a decent amount of exercise. watching your caloric intake will only make it easier for you to loose weight.
  • I'm cracking down this week for the same! Currently I weigh 170 with a goal weight of 125. I'm walking, and would like to start jogging again, but I'm going to ease into that. Def need a support group!!

I feel you! I was never a calorie counter before, but I am giving it a go this time around. It is easier knowing how much I am putting in my body, but the temptation is REAL!

I am not a runner AT ALL, but I am going to be starting up soon as well. Right now my heart rate on my walks is elevated to the point of burning fat (I am so unfit!) so I am not going to overdue it with jogging for long periods of time.

I am 25 days in and it is addicting ! I have not gone over my calories, but I am sure I will at some point ! It's funny you don't realize how many calories you consume until you start counting . Then you start to see its really hard to eat out because that can usually easily push you out of your range ! I'm going to add you . I have lost 11 pounds in 25 days and I am stoked ! Let's do this ! I'm sending you an add
