Question for nutritionist about water flavoring

I use to drink regular soda, then went to diet soda. Now I drink water . But half the time when I drink water I put the flavor packaging in it , the other half I drink just plain water. So my question is..... Is drinking the water with the flavor packets in it as bad for you as drinking diet cokes? I'll eventually by a water bottle with the core in it for fruits bc I know that is more natural and without the artificial sweeteners ..... Any other drinking tips ?

Drinking diet cokes (in moderation) isn't bad for you. Neither is drinking artificially sweetened flavored water (in moderation). Artificial sweeteners are not unsafe. Have a read through the first post of this thread:
