I cut it out. Mostly because after drinking i never ate good food choices. So i had extra calories from drinks aswell as fatty salty food.

Ive lost 35kg over the last year i only went down one cup size. Even though i breast fed 2 kids the doctor said that the rest is breast tissue so if i want smaller i will need a reduction. Although I'd love smaller ones these still hurt my back.

I went from F to E from loosing 70ish pounds. They seem to be staying the same now. Although i wish they would get smaller. Bras are so expensive in the bigger sizes !!!

Thanks for the help everyone. I'm not usually one to put my foot down and argue with someone. But I do really want this change I guess I need to learn to stand up for myself and look after myself. I need to say goodbye to the shy chick I've been and become more confident.
