Well this is the main reason I’m not so active in the group chat. But every Monday I weigh in I get caught up. Good job everyone on slaying it 😋👌🏼🌸

Welp I missed my weigh in yesterday - sorry. I’m 292.6 Also, a bit about me and why I’m here. I started gaining weight in the thick of my depression after trying to conceive my now son. I loss 4 pregnancy was put on all different types of medication and when I feel pregnant for the 5th time it was a horrible pregnancy with…

I have had a fit bit and an Apple Watch currently. I’ve also had a fossil smart watch. Hands down Apple wins for me :)

Vegetarian quiche lol

I don’t know if this would be a nsv? But I really can’t wait until my bmi is in the healthy section. It’s what’s been driving me.

For me the biggest game changer has been nothing is off the table. I eat whatever I want just not all at once anymore. I plan for it within my daily intake. Seems to working as I’m 44lbs down now :)

That is awesome! Better then any scale victory :)

After three years of trying for a baby and 4 miscarriages I finally gave birth to my son. 🥰 absolute best feeling ever. 2019 showed me what can happen when you don’t give up <3 despite the heartache, trials, challenges.

Honestly - I would have zero clues lol 😂 I’m just 90 days into this myself. Blind leading the blind. However, if you notice your getting headaches low energy constantly thinking about food you probably need to increase to offset the exercise. You don’t wAnt to burn out before you get a chance to build a healthy lifestyle.…

I know in the beginning I dropped a lot quickly due to water weight ect and then it’s slowly tampered for about 1-2 lbs now. I think it’s normal - I’m not a professional with this stuff tho lol

I’ll be counting because I feel like I’m missing a part of my day if I don’t lol But I’m going to also enjoy the day. I’m currently on a 1200 cal diet so I plan on allowing max 2000 for the day lol let’s see how that goes
-
I do if pretty much everyday 18:6 alongside weighing all my food and allowing 2 days a week where I increase my calories by 400-600 (from my 1200a day) and I’m down 43lbs since September
-
I switched my Apple Watch to the size “small/medium” strap yesterday lol

I get mixed - either wow you look amazing! Your hard work is paying off we can see it. Orrrrrr do you have a developing eating disorder? - what are you doing? (I tell them) oh I’d be too hungry for that. Or the “I’m concerned for you” Lol you weren’t concerned when my bmi was classed under morbidly obese were you?

I would avoid cereal if your feeling hungry. That’s a quick fix but it isn’t gonna sustain you. Try some Greek yogurt with crushed walnuts strawberries blueberries and a crushed granola. Thag should tie you over. If your feeling a snack then do 4 pieces of melba toast and sugar free jam (I personally enjoy peanut butter)…

Homemade grilled chicken bruschetta flatbread with a little mozzarella and garden salad <3

I create recipes and measure all my ingredients with a food scale. Once entered it I determine the amount of servings and log it that way

I'm glad people like this thread :-) I'm loosing slowly now 16 lbs down and counting. Still making healthy choices. Getting my exercise in minimum 3x a week and staying focused and patient lol!!!

I'm looking to be 120-140lbs (depending on how I feel at that point) so around 50-70lbs . I do want to do this the healthy way and I know it's going to my a life long journey to maintain the healthy lifestyle. I don't expect it to fall off (I actually very much agree with everyone with regards to that  ) I'm more so…
