A similar thing happened to me when I tried to add protein powder to oats haha. Whey just turns into a soggy clumpy mess when heated up. I stick with pb in my oats for protein now!

I agree that sometimes you just have to eat the pizza and enjoy it! But also it can be useful to recognise what specifically the craving is for, in terms of food or just tastes/textures (ie. for me if I'm craving pizza, I'm probably actually just craving melted cheese which is easier to have somewhat healthily)

Yeah, I just let myself eat at midnight because I cannot at all go to sleep while hungry. Muesli bars, nuts, a few squares of chocolate or a glass of milk are all my go-tos for it

One thing I've found works (most of the time) for me is to make a cup of tea instead. It gives you something to do with your hands and can satisfy cravings with just a tsp of honey or some milk.

I did a 12 week challenge to do 10000 steps a day, and when they weighed me at the end I had put on 5kg even though I'd upped my activity.
