Here I am again for the 20th time....I did so well a couple of years ago but gained almost all of it back, needing help with accountability and so I am needing honest support, I will offer mine back, but feeling like I will be the weaker link for a while. Feeling alone, ashamed and finally reaching out for help.....anyone there?

I'm not returning but getting back to it after a bad blip due to injury and stress. I'll help. Losing and then especially maintaining is tough.

When desired it's possible to add your goals, motivation onto your profile page. Possible to look up anytime to stay focused reaching your goals.

Dreams can become real when having a plan, without a plan, it may stay a dream.

I'm returning as well. I tried WW, but didn't really like the points program. I've slowly gained 30 lbs in the past ten years. I'm 62 and hit 170 lbs this morning. This cannot continue so I'm trying MFP again. I HATE to exercise, but I'm pretty good at eating healthy and not eating a lot of sugar or snacks. Is it possible to lose the weight I need to lose without adding a lot of exercise?

Hi. Yo-yo dieter here. I had lost 55 pounds then went into major depression and put it all back on. My antidepressant was cutting my appetite but my Psych ARNP took me off of it and onto something else. That made it even worse. I was in depression for over seven months. Now I am back on the one that works and I'm back hard at it. For some reason, my body is fighting me though. Is that what they call starvation mode? I've been dieting for a week now and have gained five pounds!

I think you can lose without exercise, but have to be real strict with food, and it takes longer of course.
