I'm considering going vego, but right now one of my go-to quick and filling meals is tinned tuna and avocado on toast. Does anyone have any ideas for something that would be able to replace the tuna that also requires no cooking?

I love grilled houmous on toast.

Tahini and brown sauce can also work, but not in necessarily in combination.

black beans and avocado could be good, and would be some protein.

One of my favorite quick and easy meals is toast with refried black beans (which are basically just cooked mushed up black beans) and avocado. Sometimes I throw some tomato on, as well. Season to taste.

Hummus and peppers or julienned carrots
    Egg salad
Soft cheese like Laughing Cow or cream cheese with a slice of tomato
Peanut butter and jelly, honey, or banana.

Thanks for all the ideas! Refried beans sounds genius, and also cheese
