Maybe try playing your favorite song and walk or dance 10 minutes before each meal. The meal is your reward. It really does get easier the more you do it!

When I'm low on fat, I'm starving. To stay within my calorie range and not be hungry, I have to up the protein and fat. Did that food you posted add up to 1700? Didn't look like it to me. I put half and half in my coffee and it def helps me stay full.

I have hard candy. Not many calories and lasts a long time. Halls cough drops work pretty well too! Somehow food doesn't go well with them lol

Fitbit charge HR here. Very motivating! Seriously makes you want to get those steps in. But...will not sync with my Android phone. I have to keep restarting it and setting up as a new device so I wouldn't recommend it if you don't have an iPhone.

I have the fitbit charge hr. It just won't sync with my Android phone. Cheap though, for counting steps and hr monitor matches up with the one on my treadmill.

Been taking it forever, love it. One in the morning and one before bed. Also maybe you should try ginseng. And b vitamins. That's my let's be chill and happy prescription.

Two pounds a week is almost impossible without starving, for me anyway. One pound would be a lot easier to maintain. I would add protein and fat with the extra cals. Like a big steak once a week...

Just counted calories weighed everything and lost 20 with a few cheat days. Took me a year! Lost 10 more over five years. Maintaining now for 7 years. Added weight lifting four years ago, heavy weights. Very little cardio but lots of walking. I'm 60 and in the best shape of my life.

Cottage cheese and fruit is one of my favorites. I get the cherry mixed fruit cups sweetened with monk fruit for 35 cals.

1500 calories is really low for a guy! Are you trying to lose weight? Are you overweight? Me thinks you are over thinking the whole thing. I suggest you get Lou Schuler's book " The Lean Muscle Diet". There's a macro calculator depending on your goals. Basically it's a gram of protein per pound of goal body weight, good…

Maybe try Organic India Whole Husk Psyllium. Amazon has it.

Awesome! Keep up the good work

I play poker on my iPad. I run when I fold and walk when I play. Passes the time

Eat a big bowl of oatmeal before you go. Works for me!
-
Costco has it. Good with a banana and cocoa powder.
-
Raisins and bananas are good for energy
-
Ask for it on the side and eyeball it maybe?
-
Maybe try wrapping them with compression wraps? It helped my knees.

That's almost 30 miles a week?! Good for you! I just started running last month, but only one mile and walk a mile and boy are my legs sore! I was waking up every night with restless legs and a friend suggested taking magnesium supplements and it worked. So maybe think about magnesium? Or take a break for a week?

Started lifting four years ago, could hardly bench the 12 pound bar. Now I'm up to 70 pounds...60 yr old female, 105 pounds. I'm short lol
-
Lou Schuler's New Rules of Lifting hypertrophy....that'll get it done! Romanian split squats will make you burn. You can get his books used on Amazon for $10
-
Just keep an eye on the scale and enjoy yourself a more!
-
You have to change something. Maybe count macros for a while? What's your fat intake? I swear if I don't eat enough fat I don't lose weight. I'm always experimenting to see if I can lose a little more. Sometimes I feel like I'm trying to get the scale to zero lol. Sometimes I'll purposely take a week off from working out…

Eat your good food with a smirk..in front of them.
-
Short, female, old. Sigh. Living on 1200 forever. I eat really high protein and drink lots of coffee.
-
Yoga for me. Easy yoga..ipad app called "Simply Yoga". 20 minutes, fixed me right up after years of back pain due to injury.

It never ends!

Sometimes getting out of the house helps. And not keeping junk food around too. What exactly are you eating on your binges?
