    I walk for food. I eat more now than I did as a sedentary fat lady. It's really just a problem of budgeting but unlike your career choice you have more control over your energy budget and more immediately lol

    Have a smaller deficit and lose slower but more comfortably.
    Reduce calories gradually.
    Increase your activity level.
    Eat more volume at meals by doing things like filling your plate with lower calorie foods like vegetables.
    Get enough protein, fats and fiber to feel more satisfied.

    Exercise to eat more.

    My current daily cal limit is 1650 but I row and burn about 550 cals/day which allows me to eat 2200 at maintenance w/o feeling hungry.
