I’ve started using the EvolveYou app. Just finished the first week and it’s seem to be well planned so far

Mines done the same recently. I’ve tried resetting connections on both apps and no luck 🥹

I wish i could help. I have exactly the same problem. Hubby said I should accept it’s my body shape and it doesn’t matter, he said my face and chest is getting too thin time I stopped loosing and that was his reply when I said but look at my thighs!

I think you've done an amazing job. Its taken 6 months for my belly skin to catch up with the weight lose but it does shrink back slowly. Keep up with the muscle building exercises and the skin will slowly improve.

Thank you feeling determined to try again. After all the comments it wasn’t surprising I couldn’t get on the bike. I had about 1.5 m push of get on and stop, I think it was a bit too slow and I was worried about other customers getting in the way, they wouldn’t let me take the bike outside so I’ll find a different shop.…

Thanks everyone I’m going to have to try again somewhere else or just get a better lighter hybrid instead

I wasn’t prepared for it to feel so twitchy and I was very self conscious in the middle of a busy shop with a narrow short path to try and cycle through without hitting the rows of bikes on either side. I didn’t even manage to get both feet on the pedals I kept missing with the 2nd foot and running out of space. It had…

Amazing progress well done x

It’s more for meal inspiration as I’m trying to change my Macro goals and add in a weight training plan. I’m trying a body recomp more than major weight lose. I’ve logged all the recipes into my recipe database and tweaked them to hit my macro targets. 3lbs lost in week 1 and 0.5% body fat. The next week will show if it’s…

Just start logging what you eat for a week. I set my goal at 1lb a week loss so I didn’t feel to deprived. I would also pre log the days meals and snacks the day before so you don’t need to think about food and will be less likely to pick at things you shouldn’t. To stabilize blood sugar levels I try and eat protein…

You look amazing well done x

48lbs lost and the reason was because I fell in love with a wedding dress and ordered it 4 dress sizes too small!

I always plan my meals the day before and ensure I’ve planned an evening snack usually popcorn or crackers and light cheese spread with a low cal hot chocolate and try and delay having it too early. Just knowing what you will be having can make nighttime munchies easier it’s been my biggest downfall in the past x

I love gymra and befit.

I haven’t been logging my food, just lost the routine of doing it and my husband doesn’t think I should lose anymore and is leaving temptation everywhere. I was amazing with supporting me for the first 45lbs! I do have a turbo trainer to mount my bike on but it’s so boring, I’m an outside person. Blogilates is working…

That’s sounds like what I’m looking for. How did the experiment go?

Now my winter challenge is to train for a Duathlon!

Wow you look amazing well done

This is me after the 46Lbs and the reason for the weight loss. Im never going up in weight again.

The only thing that helps my fibromyalgia is to keep moving. If I have a bad day, I tend to do Marie winsor Pilates to stretch the muscles or have a gentle swim/ walk in the swimming pool. I’m suffering this week because I tried to switch from cycling to jogging and my body’s rebelling. So gone back to gentle Pilates and…

If I can do it so can you kimmyjean. Find a way to track your progress that isn’t the scales. I had a pair of jeans going down each size to my ultimate goal. Each time I got into a smaller size it was an incentive.

Thanks to everyone for the kind messages. After 2 weeks off, its back to logging and exercising, to get to my final goal.

The wedding has been the best motivator. I kept a photo of the dress on my phone so every time I got was going to give up I looked at it to remind me of my goal

Thanks for the advice. At least if I don’t return to old drinking habits my weight will remain stable. It’s always been the reason for my fluctuating weight the alcohol and late night munchies.
-
Good luck. These forums are great for tips and advice. Keep checking in to share your progress and ask for help.

You have to weigh and log everything you eat every single day. Missing a day here or there or the odd snack will mean all your good work on the other days are wasted. Even if you go over one day the average over the week will be the way to judge what you’re intake should be x

I think it’s a good thing too. Just didn’t expect such a severe reaction. I like waking up feeling full of energy every day and the O/H was right to have a drink before the wedding next Saturday 😁

Dress fits perfectly. I bought a dress 4 sizes too small intentionally in January and that’s been my motivation to never give up!
