Frustration- weight gain with extra exercise
So with 4 weeks to the wedding last week I added an extra 2 hours of cycling and 2 hours of weight training lifting heavier. Weighed this morning and I’ve put on 0.2lbs and am back to the weight I was 8 days ago. My diary is set to 1.5lb loss and I generally eat 25-50% of calories back.
