Fitter, faster, stronger anyone tried this book?

Has anyone tried following the plan in this book? Thinking this may help lose the last few lbs of fat and help maintain muscle.

    Heard of it, never read it though. But super precise logging, calorie deficit and patience will take off weight so not sure what a book could tell that you couldn't get here for free :)

    It’s more for meal inspiration as I’m trying to change my Macro goals and add in a weight training plan. I’m trying a body recomp more than major weight lose.

    I’ve logged all the recipes into my recipe database and tweaked them to hit my macro targets.

    3lbs lost in week 1 and 0.5% body fat. The next week will show if it’s really going to work!
