Thanks, I'll give it a go. Genuinely feel like my strength will take a big hit. Also I train before work, so keeping up energy post training while IFing will be interesting. Never shy to try new things. As well to answer your question, yes it's a personal preference.

I have a Mediterranean diet, my proteins are crowded by vegetables, herbs, nuts, beans and whole grains. Many are plant-based foods. Moderate amounts of dairy, poultry and eggs. Protein yoghurt (two spoons) , spread on the bottom of the plate, add nut mix over half the yoghurt (natural nuts, macadamia, sliced almonds, etc. flakes, dried cranberries), drizzle nuts with honey, add blueberries and raspberries over the other half of the plate.

Not trying to brag but I have a massive chest, not through a miracle but through years of hard work. So what worked? Flys. Mostly because it's a nice wide grip exercise. So do lots of decline incline flat flies with cables, then do wide grip push ups. Etc. You'll be right.
