Been bulking and gyming consistently for a while, gained a lot of extra muscle and fat. Thinking about transitioning directly into intermittent fasting to lose fat ( training maybe only one or two days a week). Think this might be the quickest way VS new way to cut. Thoughts?

The biggest I've ever been is 93kg. My natural platue is around 88kg. So I cut down to 79kg. I'm now gaining and just got back up to 88kg (with better muscle mass). Would appreciate any advice on what weight I should stop gaining and start shredding?

Do others feel this way? I'm not overly calorie negative but gotten really sick twice in last 3 months since diet started.
Is the above equation possible? (gain muscle + lose fat) + lose weight overall = goal Or (gain muscle + lose fat) + gain weight overall = goal I read that it's impossible to lose weight while gaining muscle. That you are either losing or gaining.
Love comparing diets and portions. Also high protein diets.
Does anyone know a good app that gives you calories burned for body building exercises? Really annoyed mfp only does cardio.
