Don't give out too many "awesomes", but this is perfect.

My trainer shared it the other day. It's beautiful. More people need to see it.

If eating paleo helps you stay in a calorie deficit, then sure, it works (see the chart above). In my opinion, such a restrictive diet would have me munching on my own arm inside of a week, so I wouldn't advise it unless those are the foods you most enjoy eating, and that make you feel satisfied without going over your calorie limit.

The results you get will be determined by the number of calories you eat.

If you want paleo to work for weight gain, eat at a caloric surplus.

If you want paleo to work for weight loss, eat at a caloric deficit.

If you want to successfully maintain your weight eating paleo, eat your maintenance calories.

I'd gain on paleo, too high in fat and stuff.

Fat is not fattening.... Unless you eat too many calories of it.

I understand that, but for feeling full the general fat content precludes volume for me.

I've tried some delicious Paleo recipes however, I personally couldn't eat on a strict Paleo diet.
