Does Paleo diet help lose weight?

If eating paleo helps you stay in a calorie deficit, then sure, it works (see the chart above). In my opinion, such a restrictive diet would have me munching on my own arm inside of a week, so I wouldn't advise it unless those are the foods you most enjoy eating, and that make you feel satisfied without going over your calorie limit.2

I understand that, but for feeling full the general fat content precludes volume for me.0

I've tried some delicious Paleo recipes however, I personally couldn't eat on a strict Paleo diet.0
