Does anyone know a good app that gives you calories burned for body building exercises? Really annoyed mfp only does cardio.

You can enter lifting under cardio and it will give you a calorie burn, but nothing will be very accurate for lifting.
I find it easier to track via TDEE and not worry about the calorie burn.

That's a tough one. Lifting doesn't burn a lot of calories. I use a fitness tracker to track mine. I do squats, overhead presses, bent over rows, pullups, weighted crunches. Takes about 45 minutes and I get about 100 cals. I'm 5'6" 135 lbs. So go figure.

I'd give yourself around 100 cals/hour and manually put it in. Course if all you're doing is preacher curls for an hour it'll be more like 25 :) since your not using the biggest muscles.

    Yes this app!
Just log it under the cardiovascular section of the diary under "strength training" for a rough estimate based on your weight and METS.
It's as good as any other rough estimate.

It can vary so substantially from one person to the next depending on how many reps you are doing, what your rests look like, how high your heart rate gets. I wouldn't even worry about tracking calories in body building workouts. Find your TDEE and use that to come up with calories you should eat.
